Our dedicated and trained team are on hand 24/7 to attend to non-cargo matters of the ship which includes but not limited to the following:

• Supplies:

  • Coordinate the supply of quality fuels, Lubricants and Chemicals.
  • Fresh water and stores(wet and dry provisions).
  • Ship spare deliveries.

  Crew:

  • Cash to Master as directed.
  • Immigrations permits (Temporal work permit), Shore pass, invitation letters, visa assistance etc.
  • Meet and greet, baggage claims assistance, hotel booking, transportation and offshore transfer.
  • Medical assistance & Emergency evacuation.

  Liaison:

  • Liaise with local authorities (Ports, Navy, Immigrations, Police, Courts) etc.
  • Postal services.
  • Ship composite sample dispatch.

  Repairs:

  • Booking and supervising repairs with local workshops and contractors.
  • Fumigation , pest control, hull cleaning.
  • Cabbage , sludge, and waste disposal.
